A chartered accountant since 1990, Serge Principe joined Harel Drouin in 1988, now known as Mazars Harel Drouin, and became a partner in 1999.
Partner in charge of the firm's OMB department (private companies) and responsible for due diligence for business acquisitions; his particular areas of expertise include audit mandates, consulting and business acquisition and sales.
He is a member on the Board of CENTECH and has been the member of several boards including that of UNICEF Canada. He is also involved in various business organizations.
