A chartered accountant since 1982, Denis Rochon joined Harel Drouin – PKF, LLP (now known as Mazars Harel Drouin, LLP) in 1978 and became a partner in 1982. In 2009, he became a partner at Mazars, an integrated international partnership.

Audit partner, he maintains a clientele of small and medium-sized enterprises in the service and construction sectors.

Managing partner of PKF International Network before it joined Mazars in 2009, he is well recognized for his expertise in restructuring family businesses. He also uses his experience to act as a mentor to young entrepreneurial scholars in ”La Fondation du Maire de Montréal”.

Since 2008 he has actively participated as internal auditor on behalf of a federal corporation with a budget of nearly 100 million dollars for the rehabilitation of a major road structure. The completion of the work has been entrusted to a consortium of Native groups.

He has held directorships in various public companies including Treasurer of the Association of the Historic District of Old Montreal, as well as President of the Board of Directors of a private club golf in the metropolitan area of Montreal.

The course of his professional career and his various mandates with public entities have made him the resource person on mandates requiring arbitration and strategic planning.
